Scrum: the urgent diplomatic message

Planning a project with a fixed 3-week deadline using Scrum: roles (Product Owner, Scrum Master, development team), Product and Sprint Backlog, 3 sprints with verifiable increments, weekly ceremonies and acceptance criteria (Definition of Done) for each deliverable. Includes how the framework absorbs a mid-project scope change without putting the deadline at risk.

Design of a yearly OKR plan for a communication infrastructure project: 3 quarterly objectives (build, adoption and sustainability) with 10 quantifiable key results, each individually justified, with an alignment table, progression timeline and biweekly tracking with per-cycle scoring.

Lean Startup: Piggy Bank

Design of a zero-cost MVP for Piggy Bank, a collaborative family finance app: frictionless expense logging, a shared dashboard and gamified financial education for teenagers. Includes 5 applied Lean tools (Kanban, 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, VSM), 3 value and market hypotheses with concrete experiments and validation criteria, and the persevere-or-pivot decisions for each one.
